Deine Aufgaben als F&B Director/Manager

Hotel Union Geiranger is located in UNESCO World Heritage site of Geirangerfjord. The area and the hotel has been experienced a booming touristindustry and conventions. We are therefore supplying our main staff with a fulltime (or seasonal) F&B Manager.

The hotel has a main season of leisure from mid May to mid September. Shoulder seasons with norwegian leisure, conventions & event both national and international, and traditional holidays and christmas tabels. The Union Spa is a own departement at an international level offering both inhouse and external guests ist services all year round.

The position will work close with the hotel manager, and surpuvise all operations for Kitchen, Restaurant and events. Including food service in Spa and banquets.

Wage will be monthly pay. Level after experience and skills.
