You are the Executive Chef who will continue to build the reputation of this 5* spa hotel by leading, training and managing the talented and creative kitchen team – you lead by example.
You create innovative menus and promise an exceptional culinary experience for our guests.

Your tasks:
As an Executive Chef, you are fully responsible for developing the reputation of the hotel through the production of excellent quality food and the development of a highly motivated kitchen team (20+ team members). The hotel offers 118 guest rooms, one bar, two coffee shops with large terrace and garden, banquet & event facilities up to 150 persons, as well as room service.

What we are looking for:
• You are a true professional with the desire to produce fresh, authentic and beautifully presented dishes that will amaze our guests
• You are fanatic about standards and genuinely care about quality
• You will ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the kitchen, incl. stewarding area and HACCP
• You create a professional, hospitable and friendly working environment
• You are a team player and you lead by example
• You are true leader, dedicated in developing your team in all aspects
• You have previous experience as Head Chef or Executive sous chef with international 4 -5* property background
