A private client is seeking an experienced Estate Chef Couple for a full-time, year-round position at a luxury villa in Ibiza. This role requires a highly skilled culinary and service-oriented partnership to oversee all aspects of nutrition, wellness, and culinary estate management.

ACCOMMODATION

A private detached one-bedroom cottage on the estate will be provided free of charge, including all utilities and associated costs. The accommodation is ideally suited for year-round living and is located within walking distance of the main residence, ensuring both privacy and immediate proximity.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The couple will jointly manage all culinary and hospitality operations, including:

* Development of seasonal Mediterranean and farm-to-table menus

* Health-focused cuisine, nutritional planning, and wellness-oriented meals

* Preparation of fresh juices, smoothies, and daily wellness offerings

* Professional service, including table presentation and guest hosting

* Coordination of farm and garden operations with a focus on sustainable sourcing

* Daily meal preparation as well as private dinners and event catering

* Kitchen organization, purchasing, supplier management, and inventory control

* Ensuring consistent culinary and service standards across the entire estate

CANDIDATE PROFILE

* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in private households or luxury hospitality

* Strong culinary training with a focus on healthy, seasonal cuisine

* Experience in service and guest relations

* Passion for nutrition, wellness, and sustainable farm-to-table cooking

* Discreet, professional, and exceptionally well organized

* Ability to work efficiently as a well-coordinated team
