Hello from Australia… Urban Purveyor Group is one of the leading hospitality providers in Australia and we are currently operating 17 restaurants. Our brands include the famous Löwenbräu Keller in Sydney, The Rocks, SAKE with its class leading contemporary Japanese cuisine, CUT Fine Bar & Grill as well as 10 Bavarian Bier Cafes throughout Australia. We have recently opened our latest addition – Brasserie Ananas for classic French and European flair. We also operate our own production facility in which all kinds of food preparation are provided. We run our own in-house butchery department, state of the art bakery, central kitchen as well as our own logistics and import department.
